A big thank you to MEPC for organising the tombola for the Centre at their Christmas Fayre, we really do appreciate their continued support. The tombola raised £223 for the Centre, thanks go to Emma from Asda and Dave Webb for manning the stall.

New therapy for 2014 – Reiki

Changes to Oxygen Session on Tuesdays
From Tuesday 7th January 2015, oxygen sessions will be at 33ft, this is because we are currently running with only a few people on a Tuesday and we have been cancelling some Thursday sessions because no-one is coming in. I am hoping that putting on another deep session at the beginning of the week will encourage some more people in. Sue
Charlton’s Country Crafts
On Friday 13th December, Ruth (volunteer) will be bringing a range of handmade crafts to sell. Please support as 10% of sales will be donated to the Centre.
