We are putting on an extra oxygen session on Monday 23rd June at 10.30. If you would like to book please let me know by leaving a message on the answerphone. Chances are if you turn up there will be a space.

We need a minimum of 5 people to be able to run a weekly yoga class. At the moment we have 4 people booked in. Yoga is weekly on a Wednesday at 11am for 45 minutes, suitable for people in a wheelchair as well. ‘USE IT OR LOSE IT’!

Its our open week next week and we have something on everyday, so please pop in and make the most of the visitors we have here throughout the week.
