Sad news

Sad news, Alan Turner who many of our users knew sadly passed last month away after a long battle with cancer. Our thoughts are with his family at this sad time.

MEPC cake sale

A massive thankyou to those who donated cakes for the sale at MEPC on Friday 15th, we made a profit of £115.  Thank you also to Gloria, Anne, Gordon and Jenny Laird for doing a great job of selling them!

CAKES NEEDED THIS FRIDAY!

We need a selection of home-made and bought cakes for our cake sale at Milton Park THIS FRIDAY lunchtime (under the white canopy).  All profits to the Centre.  For home-made cakes can you list the ingredients please (for people with allergies). We have an updated copy of ‘Overcoming Multiple Sclerosis’ by Professor George Jelinek md, the evidence-based 7 step recovery program.  It is on the bookshelf, if anybody wants to borrow it please do and return when you have finished with it.
