Massage, Beauty Therapies and Reflexology available on a WEDNESDAY with effect from Wednesday 26th JULY.

Toni (MS Member) will be leaving Avon catalogues and order forms in reception area. Feel free to browse catalogue and place any orders.

  With immediate effect bookings now need to be made to use any of the equipment in the gym, ie: the 2 bikes and balance trainer.  It is getting very busy and we have had some clashes. With thanks.

We are introducing an honesty box in the gym.  The suggested donation is £2 per use of the gym for non-ms members.  This is to cover the cost of servicing the equipment.  

Strength & Balance list 100517 Strength and Balance Jericho

Volunteers needed to shake collection tins (though you are not actually allowed to shake them!) on 9th July at Didcot Sainsbury’s.  We ask for 2 people to collect for a 1.5hr slot.  If you are able to help please put your name down on the sheet in reception or let Sue know by email.  Many thanks.
