We are dog friendly – Woof

Centre closed Thurs 15th and Fri 16th
The centre is having new flooring fitted on Thurs 15th and Fri 16th February so unfortunately, we will be closed. New flooring will be entrance corridor, reception area, walkway up to the chamber and disabled toilet. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Christmas opening hours
Christmas opening hours: Wednesday 27th December – Massage all day Thursday 28th December – 2 oxygen sessions, 10am and 11.45am Friday 29th December – Oxygen, 10am and Massage all day. Well done Sandra Tearney!
Well done to Sandra Tearney who won 2nd place in the 80cm show jumping and won the 90cm at Wellington Riding Club. Book now – Physiotherapist 8th September
Physio is next in on 8th September. Please ring the centre to book an appointment. Tricia only comes in once a month now so if appointments are not booked we risk loosing her altogether.

Cancellations
Whilst we are aware that people become unwell at the last minute, we are having a lot of last-minute cancellations and/or people not showing up for their oxygen sessions. Portable lightweight pedal exerciser
We now have this portable lightweight pedal exerciser at the centre. You can use it in reception, in the gym or during oxygen therapy, you can even borrow it for home use……..
