Sue Webb’s Funeral
Chris has let me know that Sue’s funeral will take place on Wednesday 11th at mid-day, Oxford Crem and after at Hawkwell House, Ifley. Family flowers only, donations to the Centre.

Afternoon Tea
Dave Webb and Sue had a lovely afternoon tea with Beryl Slater, our founder and Clive Arup, past Chair, along with Jill Goodall. It was so lovely to see them all again.

Thursday 12th December.
There’ll be a wide variety of stalls selling local produce and handmade gifts. It should be the perfect time to pick up some Christmas stocking fillers or simply have a browse on your lunch break.
You can also enjoy complimentary mince pies, pigs in blankets and mulled wine from Café Metro while exploring the stalls.
Head down to the Park Centre (under the white canopy, next to Café Metro) anytime between 11am and 2pm.
We are running the tombola, proceeds of which comes to the Centre
Sad News
Sadly, Sue Webb passed away this week. She was only in having physio last Friday. I do not have any further details, I am sure Chris will give me a call soon. Just thought I should let you know. It’s very sad news.

Membership 2020 and donations
The donation rates are remaining the same for 2020 even though we have not had a good year with regards to fundraising income. We have had no sponsored events at all in 2019. If you or anyone you knows is/or can do a sponsored event for us please do encourage it. If you have any fundraising ideas could you please share them with Gloria or Maggie who have taken on the fundraising role. Membership for 2020, MS Member: £12, non-ms Member: £24. Donation rates remain the same.
