Thank you to all those who gave up their time to collect at Sainsbury’s Didcot on 22/23 March we raised just over £538.55, fantastic!

Another collection has been arranged for 12 & 13 July 2013, please pop this date in your diary to make sure that you are available for a 2 hour slot.

Unlimited is a ULO – a User Led Organisation of physically and sensory disabled people.

In four years they have achieved small things improving road crossing and advising on access issues in museums and parks, and bigger ones like ensuring disabled people are catered for in the Local Transport Plan (2011 to 2030).

We would like to say a big thank you to Sara’s husband Richard who ran in the Bath Marathon and raised a fantastic amount of £515 for the centre!

His time was 2 hours 1 minute on a very cold day – well done Richard.

The next ILC (Guideposts Trust Independent Living Centre) Open Day will be on 6th March from 10am to 3pm.  The theme for this day is Leisure and Holidays.  There will be information on local clubs, local sporting opportunities, accessible holiday accommodation, holidays with care etc.  There will be suppliers bringing exercise equipment and folding equipment to take on holiday.
