Extra Oxygen Session – Monday 23rd June

We are putting on an extra oxygen session on Monday 23rd June at 10.30. If you would like to book please let me know by leaving a message on the answerphone. Chances are if you turn up there will be a space.

Yoga

We need a minimum of 5 people to be able to run a weekly yoga class. At the moment we have 4 people booked in. Yoga is weekly on a Wednesday at 11am for 45 minutes, suitable for people in a wheelchair as well.

‘USE IT OR LOSE IT’!

Open Week

Its our open week next week and we have something on everyday, so please pop in and make the most of the visitors we have here throughout the week. During the therapies taster sessions on Friday (27th) from 10-1 (apart from Osteo 10-12), there are no bookable appointments during this time, just pop in and wait to try as many therapies as you want! Normal appointments the rest of the week. Lots of cakes to be eaten!!

Open Week Itinerary small

Open Week – Monday 23rd

Phyllis Scullion, Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Multiple Sclerosis, will be at the Centre during the Open Week on Monday 23rd from 10-1. Come along with any issues etc. Please make sure you make the most of this opportunity, if Phyllis sees there is demand we might be able to try and set something up in the future.

Annual Folk Concert

On June 6th & 7th we will be running the annual Folk for M.S.Ceilidh and Concert at The Old Mill Hall in Grove. This will be the 25th annual Concert and we have decided to make this the last one (it’s time we cut back the workload a little!). We have a very special line-up for this final concert and it promises to be one of the best ever. I have attached a copy of the flyer and would be grateful if you could circulate details to your centre members and supporters.

Massive thanks to Emma

Massive thanks to our Emma from Asda who has raised another £6,100 enough to buy a THERA-Trainer Tigo 510. Emma has raised £18,100 since she has been here which has enabled us to purchase all our gym equipment. We really appreciate you Emma.
