Caroline Dendy (who teaches our yoga class here on Wednesdays) would teach a “light-hearted, fun class – a total-body exercise class without music, with the opportunity for all participants, to work at their own level and pace. The class will be open to all individuals who feel comfortable in the water, regardless of current fitness levels & experience. The water offers an excellent opportunity to assist balance and support limbs, as well as provide resistance to work our muscles. There are no lifeguards at the pool, so being able to swim is recommended, although the instructor would be in the pool with the class.“
Please talk to Jon or Caroline if you are interested. Fridays at 2.15 is looking the most likely time, starting at the end of March. We’d need about 8 people to keep it going.
Cost for the 45 minute class would be only £2.50, inclusive of entry to the gym.
