Generation Games also runs an exercise class for people with MS at the White Horse Leisure Centre in Abingdon on Mondays from 1-2pm, £3.30 per session (leisure centre membership rates apply).  It is a group class, led by a qualified instructor, focussing on maintaining fitness, strength, balance and flexibility.  A range of equipment is used, including a Swiss Ball.  For more information contact Generation Games on 01235849403 or email generationgames@ageukoxfordshire.org.uk  website: www.generationgames.org.uk

Sue Barnden, Community MS Nurse

Sue will be in on Friday Feb 26th from 11am and can speak informally to members.  Unfortunately she cannot book individual appointments.  There is a possibility that she could run an outreach clinic but MS members would need to go to their GP for a referral to their service.  Sue will be able to give more information when she visits.  It would be really great if lots of members come on 26th and let her know your views and to try and get this clinic up and running if you think it would be of benefit. Any questions please ask me.
