   Source MS Society: Researchers funded by the MS Society have found that short periods of moderate intensity aerobic exercise (like walking or steady cycling) can help to improve fatigue levels and enhance overall quality of life in people with MS.  Read 

Tesco Collection

Thank you for giving up your time to collect at Tesco Didcot on 20th December.  The total raised was £449.24 which is fantastic!!   I know most of you have collected throughout the year and the total raised from supermarket collections in 2013 was £1905.24.  Thank you very much, there will be more in 2014!!!!

Gym Update

We now have balance-trainer and motomed in place. Training for both pieces of equipment will be finished this Friday 17th.  Walls bars will be up soon in Physio room.  We have also purchased therabands and a physio ball.
