Government must do more to improve neurological services, report shows

Source MS Society: A new report by the National Audit Office (NAO) has shown the government has made patchy progress in meeting objectives for improving services for people with neurological conditions. Progress was reviewed against recommendations made by the House of Commons Public Accounts Committee in 2012.  Read on.

Plegridy approved for NHS in Wales

Source MS Trust:Plegridy (peginterferon beta-1a) has been approved as a treatment for relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis on the NHS by the Welsh drug regulator the All Wales Medicines Strategy Group (AWMSG).
