A heat-health alert has been issued for most parts of England as temperatures could reach 32C midweek.
The UK Health Security Agency’s yellow warning is in place across seven regions including Southern England until 9pm on Sunday.
It means that the elderly and those with pre-existing health conditions should take extra care.
For more information about the alert, please see the BBC website.
Over 60% of people with MS say their symptoms get worse in the heat. National charity the MS Society has information on their website about MS and heat sensitivity. Fortunately the aircon is on here at the Centre to keep you cool!
UPDATE 6 Sep – this alert has now been upgraded to amber, please take care in the heat
